Contact
Speak to one of our CISOs
The first conversation is with our CISO. We discuss your situation and say which points we think need attention first and what can wait.
The CISO intake call
The first conversation
We ask about your sector, the size of your organisation, the countries you operate in and the security measures already in place. After the call you know which first step we think is needed and what it is expected to cost. If no further work is needed, we say that too.

A few lines on where you stand is enough. You hear from us the next working day at the latest.

What happens next
What you can expect from us
You receive a reply by the next working day at the latest
Someone reads your message and answers on the substance. We do not send only an automated acknowledgement.
We schedule a call with our CISO
The conversation takes place by video or on site. We discuss your legal entities, the countries you operate in, your technical environment and the existing measures.
You receive a short written summary
We record what was discussed, which next step we advise and what it is expected to cost. If we think you do not need us at this point, we put that in the summary as well.
If it is urgent
Suspect an incident? Call us directly.
Call us directly. The European incident response team is reachable 24 hours a day. Do not use the contact form for an urgent situation. If the incident falls under NIS2, the first 24-hour reporting deadline may already have started.
